The training field

Dante is out on the field training his ninjutsu and taijutsu.

"Dante!" A voice rang out. Shortly after, a cheery snow haired girl came rushing out at him. The girl was anxious for her first days training as a Genin, but for now the only excitement she had would be working with her childhood friend, Dante.

stops practicing for a second and looks over. "Oh hey ace," waves as she runs over.

When she finally reached him, she stopped to catch her breath. "Aren't you excited to see who our teacher is?"

"oh yeah, i hope its some one challenging."

"Hey I wouldn't be too cocky if I were you. Didn't you barely pass the academy exam?"

"yeah but that was a written test, you know how i am with studying...but this is more my style."

"Whatever!" She shouted at him. "I bet you STILL can't perform that transformation jutsu! I had to use my genjutsu just to cover for you, which wasn't easy you know! I was up studying all the night before, just to help you pass!"

"Heh, yeah thanks again for that." scratches the back of his head comicly.

"Can't you ever just take something seriously?" Ace sighs in discontentment, holding on to her necklace.

"Hey, hey now." Places his hand on her shoulder. "It'll be okay we're getting a sensei and we're also finally out of the academy we should be celebrating."

"Yeah I guess your right..." She put her hand on top of his. "But if we had a party, no one else would come... Because of me..."

"What do you mean because of you?"

"You know that the other people in the village are afraid of me..."

"hmmm then how about just the two of us?"

"Hmmm...." She thought about it for a minute. "I think I'd like that." Ace smiled happily, then held out her pinky to shake his like they did when they were little.

puts out his hand and shakes hers with his own pinky." So any preference to where we should go?"

"Lets see... Ooh, let's sneak out of the village! Just for a little while though... so we can see the sun set"

"Alright lets go!" Grabs her hand and leads her to the out the village gates trying not to alert anyone.

"Wha? Now?" Ace stumbled blindly after him.

A couple minutes later they are on a hill over looking the forest and have a good view of the sun setting behind some mountains. "Well here we are."

"Oh my gosh... it's so beautiful." She beamed.

"heh yeah...." notices he is still holding her hand and pulls it away casually.

"I think we have a bright future as Genin." Once again, Ace gave off a brilliant smile, accompanied by a hopeful comment.
